Information collected

Project brief and contact forms may collect your name, company, work email, phone, project details, target timing, quantity, budget range, requested technology capabilities, intended visitor interaction, available content or system information, connectivity needs, and reference attachments you choose to provide.

Use of information

Submitted information is used for consultation, requirement review, project scoping, and follow-up communication. Internal operating data, production costs, and private review notes are not published on the website.

Attachments

Uploaded reference files are stored outside the public web root and are intended for internal review only.

First-touch attribution

A protected first-party attribution cookie is retained for 30 days. It contains only the first landing path, an external referring host when present, and allowlisted UTM source, medium, campaign, and content values. It does not contain a user or session identifier, name, email address, or phone number.

Privacy-conscious measurement

Website conversion activity is stored as non-identifying daily totals by route, public content, CTA, campaign, and configured experiment period. These totals do not store IP addresses, user agents, form fields, attachment names, user identifiers, or session identifiers and are retained for no more than 24 months.
